What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice where we hold floor-based poses for a few minutes to deeply stretch the body and calm the nervous system. It targets the fascia and connective tissues, helping you release physical tension and emotional stress. Perfect for all levels, even complete beginners.
