Our long-running popular Language Exchange is a great way to meet new people and practice your language skills at the same time. A diverse, multicultural group of international and local people of all ages always makes for exciting conversation and sharing of experiences and knowledge. You can come along with friends or alone. Our hosts will make sure you integrate smoothly into the group of old and new faces in this relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

🌅 Conscious Connected Breathwork Experience – Deep Nervous System Reset

Join us for a powerful Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to take you beyond the thinking mind and into a deeper state of awareness.

Using immersive sound through wireless headphones, this experience helps you enter an expanded state of consciousness where the body can release stored stress, emotional tension and energetic blockages.
This practice works directly with the nervous system and the subconscious mind, allowing you to reconnect with your breath, your body and a deeper sense of clarity and inner calm

What to expect:
✨ A step-by-step guided Breathwork journey.
✨ Immersive experience with high-fidelity soundscapes via specialized headphones.
✨ A space to connect with like-minded people in a serene natural setting.
✨ A profound sense of peace and nervous system regulation to start your day.

After the breathwork journey, we will move into a gentle integration period, allowing the body and mind to absorb the experience while sharing a calm and meaningful moment together as a community.

No previous experience needed.

Everyone is welcome! Both English and Spanish speakers.

• Time: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Location: El Palmeral Park, Alicante.

What to bring:
• A yoga mat or a large towel.
• Comfortable clothes (consider a light layer as it can be cool in the shade of the palms).
• Water and an open mind.
