💫 Join Vera for a peaceful and energising morning yoga session as we welcome the rising sun.

We'll flow through a sun-salutation-inspired sequence designed to awaken the body, clear the mind, and align with the vibrant energy of a new day. The class will end with a short guided meditation for grounding and intention setting.

Since beginning her journey in 2019, Vera has been guiding others to reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and presence.
Her path led her to India, where she deepened her practice and studied the traditional roots of yoga. There, she came to understand yoga not just as physical movement, but as a holistic way of life. 🌿
With a grounded approach and a nurturing presence, Vera creates safe, intentional spaces for personal growth and inner connection.
