🌇 Conscious Connected Breathwork Experience – Sunset Vibes
Join us for a powerful Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to take you beyond the thinking mind and into a deeper state of awareness as we enjoy the sunset vibes.
Using immersive sound through wireless headphones, this experience helps you enter an expanded state of consciousness where the body can release stored stress, emotional tension and energetic blockages.
This practice works directly with the nervous system and the subconscious mind, allowing you to reconnect with your breath, your body and a deeper sense of clarity while soaking in the evening energy.
What to expect:
✨ A step-by-step guided Breathwork journey.
✨ Immersive experience with high-fidelity soundscapes via specialized headphones.
✨ A space to connect with like-minded people in a serene natural setting.
✨ A profound sense of peace and nervous system regulation to unwind and recharge.
After the breathwork journey, we will move into a gentle integration period, allowing the body and mind to absorb the experience while sharing a calm and meaningful moment together as a community.
Everyone is welcome! Both English and Spanish speakers.
No previous experience needed.

• Location: El Palmeral Park, Alicante.
What to bring:
• A yoga mat or a large towel.
• Comfortable clothes (a light layer/hoodie is recommended as the temperature drops after sunset).
• Water and an open mind.
