We work on fundamental exercises like push-ups, pull-ups and dips, with simple progressions to improve strength, control and endurance.
Open to all levels, perfect for beginners and first-timers.
Join our Calisthenics class for everyone, learn to move and discover a new discipline.Bring a washcloth, a mat if you have it, and a small bottle of water.
