Make Your Own Relaxation Tools with Reiki Master Heather Lescault

Join us for a soothing, hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own set of relaxation tools, guided by Reiki Master & Empowerment Speaker Heather Lescault. Each item you craft will be infused with healing Reiki energy and designed to help you reset, ground, and care for your energetic self—just like Heather uses in her own spiritual practice.

What You’ll Create:

Peaceful Putty – a calming tool Heather uses during Reiki sessions

Sage Spray – for energetic clearing, perfect when smoke cleansing isn’t an option

Healing Salts – beautiful, grounding salts for soaking or spiritual baths

Each participant will handcraft 2–3 items (based on their pace), choosing what calls to them. Heather will guide you through how to make each item, why she created them, and how to use them in your own daily life.
