We live in a world that constantly pulls us outward.
More information. More opinions. More noise.
Over time, this creates a quiet disconnection from our bodies, our rhythms, our senses, and from one another.
At the Dinner Table is an invitation to return.
This dinner is a space to slow down, share a meal, and explore what connection means, not just socially, but physically, emotionally, and sensorially.
The Experience
We gather around a thoughtfully prepared, seasonal dinner created by a local Portuguese chef, with dishes designed to feel grounding, nourishing, and supportive for the body.
The menu is inspired by the idea that women move through different internal seasons — moments of energy, rest, reflection, and renewal — and how food can gently support us through those shifts.
Throughout the evening, we’ll be invited to notice:
- How the body feels on arrival, way before the first bite
- How taste, texture, warmth, and satisfaction land in the body
- How energy shifts during the meal
- What connection feels like in this moment, within ourselves and with others
Curated prompt cards will be placed on the table to gently guide reflection and conversation, offering a rhythm for the evening while allowing each woman to meet the experience in her own way.
Around the Table
Connection isn’t something we force or figure out.
It’s something we feel when we slow down enough to notice.
Around the table, food becomes more than nourishment. It becomes a way back into the body, into rhythm, into conversation that feels real and unhurried.
This dinner is about experiencing connection through food, through reflection, and through being in the presence of other women.
At the Dinner Table is for women who are craving:
- More presence in daily life
- A deeper relationship with the body and its rhythms
- Meaningful conversation held with presence and care.
- An experience that feels grounding, warm, and deeply embodied.
This February gathering explores Connection as something lived, sensed, and shared.
Includes
Hormone supporting entree, main, dessert, drinks and guided prompts that invite presence, reflection, and connection around the table.
About Your Facilitator
Tamara Fraser is a women’s health practitioner and facilitator who creates spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, rhythms, and inner knowing.
Her work sits at the intersection of body literacy, cyclical awareness, and embodied self-trust, not through instruction, but through experience. She believes that meaningful change happens when women are given the space to slow down, listen inwardly, and be in honest conversation with one another.
At the Dinner Table is a monthly gathering for women to come together and explore different themes around the body, rhythm, connection, and the ways we relate to ourselves and one another.
Stay Connected Before the Dinner
To help the evening feel more familiar and connected from the moment we arrive, guests are invited to join a private WhatsApp group for this dinner.
Inside the group, you can:
– briefly introduce yourself if you’d like
– connect with the other women attending
– receive updates and details leading up to the evening
– settle into the energy of the space beforehand
