A Monthly Walk for When Slowing Down Feels Hard
A gathering for women who are tired of pushing…
but don’t quite know how to stop.
I’ve been noticing how many of us say we want to slow down —
but when we finally have space, we don’t know what to do with it.
We fill it.
We scroll.
We overthink.
We stay in our heads.
Let’s Get Cyclical was born from that place.
Not from having it all figured out.
But from needing a rhythm that brings me — and maybe you — back into the body.
This isn’t just a walk.
It’s a nervous system reset.
A way to move while softening.
To talk while untangling.
To be witnessed without performing.

## What We Actually Do

We begin in a simple opening circle — just enough to land and arrive.
Then we walk.
Slow. Side by side. No rush.
You’ll be paired in twos or small groups and given a Cyclical Conversation Card.
Each card holds a single prompt.
Nothing layered.
Nothing forced.
No pressure to “go deep.”
With each card, you choose how much you want to share.
You decide the depth.
Some women stay light.
Some surprise themselves.
All of it belongs.
We rotate gently throughout the walk, so you meet different women and hear different reflections.
And something usually shifts — not because we forced it, but because we created space for it.

## If You’ve Been Feeling…

• overstimulated but underproductive
• disconnected from your body
• stuck in your head
• craving real conversation
• tired of doing it alone
This space is for that.
For the freeze.
For the overwhelm.
For the season where you know you need something softer.
We walk so we don’t spiral.
We talk so we don’t isolate.
We gather so we remember we’re not the only ones figuring it out.

What You’ll Receive

Let’s Get Cyclical
Not as something to master.
But as something to practice.
Slowing down is easier when we do it together.
