Slow flow yoga for climbers, who want more ease, focus and fluidity on the wall. We build mobility and flexibility for greater reach and smooth movements.
Beginner friendly and intentionally paced, we will integrate breath work and mindfulness to stay calm and connected, inside and out. Non climbers are welcome to join too:).
