This 60-minute session is designed for those who crave both stillness and radiance. We’ll begin with grounding practices to help you release tension and anchor your energy, followed by gentle yoga flows that reconnect body and breath. Midway through, you’ll be guided into a reflective meditation—an invitation to pause, soften, and listen inward. We close with restorative postures and intentional journaling, leaving you not just centered, but glowing from the inside out.
This isn’t about “perfect poses” or performance—it’s about realignment, presence, and uncovering your own quiet light. Expect a mix of mindful movement, breathwork, and reflective pauses that honor your body exactly as it is.
