About us
This group is for people who want to practise yoga in a low-pressure, non-judgemental, community environment. I teach classes that leave students feeling steady, open and relaxed. Whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome.
My classes incorporate breathwork, yoga and meditation. Benefits of a regular yoga practice range from improved focus, better digestion, reduced stress as well as improved sleep quality.
