Yoga & Chats
Details
This will be a 45 minute yoga class, incorporating breathwork and meditation. Open to all levels and ages, and free to attend.
The instructor, Anu, teaches a grounded flow, designed to open the hips and improve mobility.
After the class, we can pop across to a local cafe for coffee and chats for anyone who is looking to build community in Auckland, or just unwind on a Saturday.
The location will be announced soon, most likely around Ponsonby/Grey Lynn.
