I teach a well-rounded, grounding flow designed to open the hips, build strength, and release tension from the body and mind. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and warm-ups, moving into a dynamic standing sequence that explores both open and closed hip postures to build stability, mobility, and balance. The class gradually winds down with deep stretches and nourishing backbends, before settling into a calming floor sequence and a guided 5-minute meditation in Savasana. Expect to leave feeling steady, open, and deeply relaxed after this 45 minute flow.
Open to all levels and ages, and free to attend.
After the class, we can pop across to a local cafe for coffee and chats for anyone who is looking to build community in Auckland, or just unwind on a Saturday.
Please bring your own mat.
