The Power of Community: How the Boys & Girls Club Changes Lives.
Nicole Watson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley, where she leads the organization’s mission to inspire and enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
Nicole began her career with the Club in 2005 as an Athletic Director and, through her dedication and leadership, advanced into multiple key roles including Area Director and Associate Executive Director before stepping into the CEO position. She has been instrumental in expanding programs across the San Juan Capistrano, Aliso Viejo, and Rancho Santa Margarita branches—impacting thousands of youth annually through academic, leadership, athletic, and enrichment programs.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, a Master of Science in Sports Management from California Baptist University in Riverside, and a Master of Education with a Cross-Cultural Teaching Credential from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. Her educational background has provided a strong foundation for her leadership approach—blending a passion for education, teamwork, and youth development.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Nicole works closely with city leaders, schools, and community partners to create new opportunities for children and families throughout South Orange County. Her vision focuses on building great futures by meeting today’s needs while planning for tomorrow’s possibilities.
When she’s not leading the Club, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and giving back to the community she proudly serves.
