Gabbie Åfeldt and John Rusciano are creating a new space called Frequency Sanctuary. This heart-centered space is for those who are already walking a path of inner work, healing, awakening, and self-remembrance, and feel ready to go deeper.

Inside Frequency Sanctuary, participants will explore how their inner world shapes their outer reality, how to recognize and shift repeating patterns, how to return to clarity when life feels overwhelming, and how to embody these teachings in everyday life.

John and Gabbie have created a short introduction and a free guided activation so people can feel into the energy of this space for themselves. Explore it here
