What we’re about
Singles who are over 55 are a largely neglected demographic here on Meetup and in the world generally. It is difficult for them to find social events where they can meet other singles their age. Though I am comfortable in and enjoy social groups with a broad age range, I realized that some of my friends, especially friends older than me, wanted a group that was more their own age. I decided to see if I could fill that need.
The idea is to have happy hours, dinners, museum visits, dances, movie nights, game nights, etc. where active men and women can meet each other for fun events in no-pressure situations, where friendship and romance can blossom!

There's Christmas Eve. There's New Year's Eve. There's Passover Eve. So why not Cinco de Mayo Eve? Mexican restaurants are way too crowded on the 5th, so join us the evening before, Sunday May 4th at 6:00 PM. I have arranged for separate checks, so eat or drink as much or as little as you want. You will only be responsible for your own order (and there is a discount if you pay cash). The restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious! Milagros Southwest
