Indian Medicine for Well Being

Hi All!

Excited to give my first talk at the Center for the Arts in Woodstock IL. We will fill out questionnaires to discover our unique elemental make up (Prakruti). This is powerful information because when we know our type (Prakruti), we can adjust our diet and activities to uniquely support us. No two human beings are alike! Ayurveda (Indian Medicine) gives us the knowledge to Self-Heal.

Please bring a yoga mat and cushion if you have them. There will be some chairs at the venue. Donations will be accepted through Venmo :)
