Today we will do a 3.5-mile loop hike starting along Nickajack Creek Trail in Heritage Park, and continuing back to our starting point along the Silver Comet Trail. The hike is mostly flat and and will take about 2 hours to complete. David is passionate about the healing power of nature, and is a certified reiki master and lifelong spiritual practitioner. Today we will take an easy 3.5-mile walk along the Roswell portion of the Big Creek Greenway. The walk is mostly paved, with some boardwalk and possibly some flat dirt trails. During our hike we will enjoy beautiful forest scenery and a short seated meditation at a quiet spot.
