First Fridays and Long Beach Fresh presents the 4th Annual Long Beach County Fair!
Long Beach County Fair is a free showcase for local food producers and organizations from all over Long Beach and the region. Enjoy educational displays and demonstrations while you interact with the passionate people behind the good food movement in Long Beach including its “Seeders,” “Feeders” and “Eaters.”
Enter our 2nd annual LB Grown Fruit & Veggie Blue Ribbon Competition! All entries must have been grown in Long Beach. Entry is free and open to all. For more info email: rachel@smolarcorp.com
There will also be plenty of local art, music, games, fair food, and even animals along Atlantic Avenue!
(FYI, for those that haven't been to a First Fridays, this is a special edition of the monthly event. The primary 3-4 blocks of Atlantic that host the event are typically very busy with lots of crowds and activities going on at many of the shops along the street. You may need to park in the neighborhood and find your way through the crowd, take your time and enjoy the evening.)
