In this Ayni circle, we’ll slow down and share real stories; not “top 10 places to visit,” but the moments that shifted something inside us: a conversation with a stranger, a meal in a tiny café, getting lost and finding a new version of ourselves.

كيف غيّرتنا أسفارنا؟ وكيف غيّرت طريقة شوفنا للحياة، لأنفسنا، وللناس؟
في دائرة أيني، نبطّئ الإيقاع شوي ونعطي مساحة لقصص السفر الحقيقية؛
مو “أفضل 10 أماكن تزورها”، بل اللحظات الصغيرة اللي حرّكت شيء بداخلنا:
حديث عابر مع شخص غريب، وجبة في مقهى بسيط، ضياع في شارع، أو لحظة هدوء خلّتِك ترجعين لنفسك بطريقة مختلفة.
This session is a mix of:
• 🗣️ Talking circle — guided questions about how each trip changed our perspective.
• 🌬️ Simple breathing practice — to ground our nervous system and come back to the body.
• 🧘♀️ Gentle yoga — very soft, beginner-friendly movements (seated/standing), focused on release and ease, not on “performance”.
هذه الجلسة مكوّنة من:
• 🗣️ دائرة حوار – أسئلة موجهة عن كيف كل رحلة غيّرت منظورنا للحياة.
• 🌬️ تمرين تنفّس بسيط – عشان نهدّي الجهاز العصبي ونرجع للجسد.
• 🧘♀️ يوغا لطيفة جداً – حركات ناعمة، مناسبة للمبتدئين (جلوس/وقوف)، التركيز فيها على الراحة والتحرير، مو على الأداء أو الشكل.
