La cuisine péruvienne est une fusion de différentes influences culinaires autochtones, espagnoles, africaines et asiatiques, qui se sont mélangées au fil des siècles. Elle est célèbre pour sa grande variété de plats savoureux et colorés, et pour l'utilisation d'ingrédients locaux : la pomme de terre, le quinoa, le maïs, le piment, le maïs violet, la patate douce, le manioc.

Peruvian cuisine is a fusion of various culinary influences—indigenous, Spanish, African, and Asian—that have blended over the centuries. It is famous for its wide variety of flavorful and colorful dishes, and for its use of local ingredients: potatoes, quinoa, corn, chili peppers, purple corn, sweet potatoes, and cassava.

La carte de Petit Pacifico, outre les plats emblématiques de la cuisine péruvienne, comprend des fameux ceviches. Le ceviche est un plat de poisson cru mariné dans du jus de citron vert et des épices. Le poulet ou la viande rouge ne sont pas en reste.

Pour les végétariens ce plat existe sans poisson.

The Petit Pacifico menu, in addition to iconic Peruvian dishes, includes the famous ceviche. Ceviche is a dish of raw fish marinated in lime juice and spices. Chicken and red meat are also featured.

For the vegans , this plate exists without fish.
