They are the first 100% plant based Italian restaurant in Las Vegas, family-owned offering traditional Italian classics in a romantic bistro setting. They take pride in using the freshest ingredients and strive to make most of their homemade meats and cheeses in house, from scratch daily. All of their menu items are animal-free, dairy-free, cholesterol-free with many gluten-free and soy-free options as well. Cooking with Love in olive oils, they also do not use any canola oil.
