Join our community drum circle and lose yourself in the rhythm! When people drum together, it helps our immune systems, builds community, improves self-esteem, promotes healing, and reduces stress and anxiety- plus, it's fun! Regardless of experience, everyone will have something to offer the drum circle. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Join the beat or be a supportive audience member! Free and open to the public. All ages. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited. Some extra instruments will be on hand. If planning to attend, RSVP!
