Lunch at Chaga Root Restaurant

Chaga Root, a fully vegan restaurant was established in September 2022, situated in the Planet Fitness shopping center. It grows its mushrooms locally and incorporates them into its burgers (some of which are gluten-free), tacos, and milkshakes. The menu also features sides of fries, edamame, and mac 'n cheese. Chaga Roots has been praised for offering some of the best vegan food in town, and everything is incredibly delicious! The prices are reasonable, and the food is outstanding!
