Kenny Chye came to the U.S. in 1982 with over 30 years of experience in the cooking and catering industry, before opening his vegan restaurant.
He launched his first vegan establishment in 2012, which proved successful due to its popularity among tourists and the low level of competition. Kenny Chye undoubtedly introduced the concept of serving vegan food in a renowned city like Las Vegas. Previously, he was on another mission, fully committed to launching a Cantonese vegan dim sum restaurant in 2020, showcasing his remarkable skills in Cantonese recipes to the world.
