In this class, Acooba will demonstrate how to make sushi using rice, tofu, and veggies. Acooba will guide you through the process of making sushi from start to finish, demonstrating rolling, cutting, and garnishing techniques. Everyone will have the opportunity to sample the finished sushi rolls. If planning to attend, RSVP. This is an OYO event.
