Clark County Library's Summer Concert Series
Sunday, August 17
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Clark County Library Main Theater

Chantil Dukart is an award-winning contemporary jazz pianist and vocalist with roots in the Tsimshian and Sugpiaq tribes of Alaska.
Her brilliant original material stands out especially in a genre where lyricists have become increasingly rare. She's a fireball of jazz, soul and funk songwriting that comes to life onstage.
Chantil has performed with leading voices in contemporary music, including Esperanza Spalding, Nikki Glaspie (Beyoncé, Dumpstaphunk), Michael Pilot ("Hamilton"), Inuit-soul musical group Pamyua, and Guggenheim fellow Nicholas Galanin. She's played at the Kennedy Center, the Smithsonian, Kuumbwa Jazz Center, and the Mary Lou Williams Jazz Festival. Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited. If planning to attend, RSVP!
