Drumming also boosts our immune systems, promotes healing, and lifts our spirits. Everyone can participate in a drum circle, no matter their experience level. Even young children are welcome. If you don’t have a drum, no worries—extra drums are always available. It’s free and open to all ages! If you plan to attend, RSVP!
