"ALL ONE DHARMA" Weekly Mindfulness Meditation (a peer-led group)

(More will be there than RSVP*.) Join experienced meditators (some who have been coming to this group for many years) for an initial 45 minute silent sit, followed by a recorded dharma talk and discussion, and ending in a loving kindness meditation led by a volunteer.

*While this Meet-Up listing is new, this group is over 20 years old - and thus the regulars who go, don't come through meet-up and don't think to RSVP on here - they just go - so don't let lack of RSVP make you think there won't be people there.
