Craven Arms to Church Stretton

Meet at 09.15 at Church Stretton station to catch the 09.29 train to Craven Arms.

There's a flat start for the first 2 or 3 miles before we climb up and along Wenlock Edge. Then we drop down and head across country and steadily uphill, past Acton Scott. And, just as you think it's nearly over, we're faced with the Ragleth - from the steep end - before finishing back in Church Stretton.

This walk is about 18km with 540 m of ascent (11.5 miles and 1,650ft).

The train ticket is £3.30, although we may be able to get a group discount.
