Llangynog to Pistyll Rhaedr

Meet in the carpark at 9.45 to start at 10.00.

The plan is to do a figure of eight taking in the old quarries and hill fort of Craig Rhiwarth, before heading across to Pistyll Rhaedr, and possibly the peak of Glan Afon on the way back. The climb up Craig Rhiwarth is fairly tough, with a steep drop to one side at one point, so not for the faint-hearted!

The full walk is about 15 km with about 950m of ascent (9.5 miles and over 3,000 feet, 8.6 miles without the detour up Glan Afon).
