Cambrian Way double header part 2 - The Glyders

We'll meet in the lakeside carpark (see map) at 9.45 and transfer everyone into Capel Curig to catch the 10.15 bus to Pen-y-Pass.

We climb up to Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach and then back down to Llyn Ogwen. If that's not enough, there is then the option to walk down the valley to Capel Curig.

5.4 miles (8.6km) - Total Ascent: 2,670ft (810m). The extension down the valley doubles the distance, but not the ascent!
