Cambrian Way: Ponterwyd to Dylife

We'll meet at Dylife, transfer everyone to Ponterwyd and walk back.

On the way, we ascend Pumlumon and pass by the sources of the Wye and Severn, before descending to Dylife.

It's about 24 km with 900 metres of ascent (15 Miles and 3,000 ft)
