Cambrian Way: Dylife to Mallwydd

We'll meet at Mallwydd, transfer everyone to Dylife and walk back.

We start at a fairly high altitude at Dylife, but there's still quite a bit of up and down before we descend to Commins Coch. From there, it's a big ascent up to Mynydd Cemmaes and a bit down and more up, before the final descent to Mallwydd.

It's a challenge at 32km wih 1,100m of ascent (20 miles and 3,600 ft)
