Severn Way, Buildwas Abbey & Little Wenlock

Meet at 9.45 for a 10.00 am start.
We start off across country by the river to Cressage, before joining the Severn Way on the road up past Sheinton before dropping down towards the river and Buildwas Abbey. From there we cross over and head part-way towards Ironbridge before climbing up to Little Wenlock, joining the Shropshire Way for a short stretch. Then it's a long downhill to Leighton, mostly on tracks and quiet roads.
About 13 miles with a little over 1,000 feet of ascent.
