Trail Canyon Falls is a super fun little hike to a 40-foot waterfall, and it should be the perfect Saturday adventure. The hike is fairly easy: about 2.4 miles each way, with around 1,000 feet of elevation gain.

A friend of mine was there recently, and the falls were still flowing really well, so we should be able to jump in and cool off. The forecast is in the mid-80s that day, so the timing couldn’t be better.

THE PLAN

We’ll meet at the parking lot at 10:00 AM and start hiking from there. It should take about 1.5 hours to get to the falls. Once we’re there, we’ll hang out, cool off under the waterfall, maybe make it to the top of the falls, and just enjoy the day before heading back.

We should be back around 2:00 or 3:00 PM, and then we can go grab a bite to eat after. Easy, fun, chill Saturday.

Bring water, snacks, and shoes that can get wet. It’ll be a pretty hot day, so dress light.

See you guys there!
