Prove What Your Agent Did

Most agent governance answers stop at "here are our logs". A counterparty who does not work for you has no particular reason to accept that, and those are the people asking. The TRACE Registry is a public append-only record of agent evidence, with signed checkpoints, an offline verifier, and a page stating what it does and does not prove. Action State runs a free public witness: any log can send it a checkpoint, a few hundred bytes carrying no payload, and get back a receipt anyone can verify without calling either company. On September 7 the registry sent a checkpoint to a witness operated by a company it does not own, and the receipt verified from published bytes using a public key and open source code, with no network calls. We will run that verification live, including the two fields the receipt deliberately leaves false, and Mark will take questions.
