**[Jemma Lang](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jemma-lang-503140156/)** is an accomplished Product Manager at Swyftx, heading the Customer Onboarding & Growth squad. Her career spans 7+ years of experience across diverse sectors, including FinTech, HR Tech, and e-commerce. Jemma is dedicated to building impactful, Aussie-grown products by applying her expertise in data analytics and customer engagement to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.

**[Ricardo Fama](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ricardofama/)** is a Senior Product Manager at Swyftx, where he leads the Advanced Trading Squad.
