Book Club - Mad Scientist's Guide to World Domination (anthology)

Hi Everyone!

It's been a while since the last one but it's time for another book club! Here are the books to vote on this time with some information pulled from blurbs etc.

"Sea of Tranquility" by Emily St. John Mandel is a novel of art, time travel, love, and plague that takes the reader from Vancouver Island in 1912 to a dark colony on the moon five hundred years later, unfurling a story of humanity across centuries and space.

"The Mad Scientist's Guide to World Domination" is an anthology of short stories from various writers that exploroes the world of evil geniuses from their wonderfull twisted points of view.

In "The Sparrow" by Mary Doria Russell, a musical signal from a planet near Alpha Centauri is detected. While the nations of the world debate a first contact mission, the Society of Jesus quietly sends an eight-person expedition of their own. What the Jesuits find is so beyond their comprehension that they question what it means to be "human"
