This 30-45 talk walks through fine tuning a small open source model on a real dataset, live on stage, using a free Google Colab GPU. The audience sees the full workflow from dataset prep through training to a working fine-tuned model. The best part.. Nihal shares the notebook with attendees so they can run it themselves after the session.
