How to Create Your Abundant Life

What we’ll do:
We will uncover your abundant mindset and what it means to you. Each person has an unlimited potential and this workshop will help you to tap into yours! Are you:
· Unclear as to what abundance really means to you?
· Stuck in in rut with your ideas?
· Have so much more to give but are blocked by the sense that something is lacking?
This workshop is created with you in mind. This is the perfect way to get your juices flowing and come up with new, unique ideas and interact with like-minded people.

We start with a meditation and visualisation with mediation instructor and transcendence coach Harrie Smith to create that safe space and tap into your inner resources. We then go into an interactive coaching session with Harrie and holistic life coach Sam Watling where you uncover:
· How you will create the abundant mindset you want and why it matters to you.
· How you will use what you already have.
· Imagine the possibilities for your abundant Future Self.
· Talk to your future self to visualise exactly how you have taken action and moved forward.

You Will Need:
· A pen and paper
· An open mind with a desire to deeply connect to your abundance.
· A zoom account with camera on.

This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS! Everyone is welcome to join this Pay-What-You-Can class. We suggest a donation of £10 to support us and to keep these kinds of workshops coming. However, we understand that may not be possible for everybody. Please be honest and pay what you can afford so that we may continue to offer our sessions on a donation basis.
