Salsa is so much more than a dance!
It is: uplifting music, a way to make new friends, exercise that you won't even notice you're doing, a laid back atmosphere, a culture of connection, and a lot of fun 😊
Come along to meet new people, learn (or watch) a new dance, and enjoy the music!
We will have a complete beginner's salsa class taught by TV Choreographer Richard Marcel, followed by an evening of socialising 😊
This is an ALL TOGETHER event and the focus is on having a good time and meeting new people, so:
- Everyone is welcome
- Everything is optional - you can participate as much or as little as you want to
- Invitation to connect - we will break the ice for you with some conversation starters and a complete beginners salsa class
What to wear: whatever you feel comfortable in
What to bring: no partner necessary
What to expect: a laid back atmosphere and a good time
Where to find us: we will be at the Lime Bistro Cafe, a new local business in Dartmouth Park (5 mins walk from Tufnell Park Tube). They have a well stocked bar, a wide ranging menu, and friendly staff!
The class is £5, the social is free. Pay cash/card on the day.
