ANYWHERE YOGA: Early Morning Edition!

7:30AM every Thursday....continuing indefinitely now :-) ✨

This *free* yoga meetup is for anyone who wants to get outside, move their body, and have some fun. 🌿

So, how can we practice yoga in the park when it's cold?

The sequence I'll teach you is one that you can do anywhere, no matter the terrain. Park, beach, the middle of a forest, the top of a mountain, the middle of an airport, anywhere! It's a simple, standing sequence that you can learn and take it with you wherever you go 😊 (I will you send a PDF of the sequence after the event.)

To combat cold, I'll focus on heat generating poses that are handy to know when you're waiting for a bus or the central heating is lacking. 🔥

We'll make the most of all the fresh air by synchronising movement and breath, clearing the London out of your lungs and leaving you feeling REFRESHED and UPLIFTED! 🌿

We'll meet at 7:30 and move for about 30-45 mins (feel free to drop in/out when you need to, early mornings can be tricky).

😊 ☕ This is an ALL TOGETHER event, so the aim is: to create more opportunities for people from all walks of life to meet & connect meaningfully. There will be an optional social coffee at a nearby cafe afterwards if you have the time and inclination to join us.

🧭 Meeting point: Parliament Hill Bandstand (if it's raining or very muddy we'll stay in the bandstand. If its sunny we might relocate to a nearby grassy area)
