THE SUNRISE CLUB: MID-SUMMER SPECIAL! Sunrise, Walk, Coffee, Connection

A special one off MID-SUMMER SUNRISE CLUB to celebrate the Summer Solstice (a little in advance because we wanted to do a weekend) 🌿🌿🌿.
Gather at the top of Parliament Hill to watch the sunrise, celebrate the lightest days, and connect with others 🌿
Regular SUNRISE CLUB meetups will resume at the Autumn Equinox (September 22nd), when the days are shorter and getting up is easier :-)
In the meantime, join us for sunsets most Saturdays this summer!
For this special edition, we will:

• meet at the Parliament Hill Viewpoint at 04:30
• watch the sunrise at 04:42 🌞
• hang out in the park until a cafe opens (if it's nice weather!) - so bring warm clothes and a thermos of tea/coffee to keep you warm 🍵☕️
• potential to walk and carry on conversations at a local café afterwards 😊

We will be easy to find because we will be at the top of the hill with a big green flag that says 'Ecotherapy London'
