This *free* yoga meetup is for anyone who wants to get outside, move their body, and have some fun. 🌿

So, how can we practice yoga in the park without a mat?

The sequence I'll teach you is one that you can do anywhere, no matter the terrain. Park, beach, the middle of a forest, the top of a mountain, the middle of an airport, anywhere! It's a simple, standing sequence that you can learn and take it with you wherever you go 😊

What if it's cold?

To combat cold, I'll focus on heat generating poses that are handy to know when you're waiting for a bus or the central heating is lacking. 🔥
We'll make the most of all the fresh air by synchronising movement and breath, clearing the London out of your lungs and leaving you feeling REFRESHED and UPLIFTED! 🌿

And if it's raining?

The Parliament Hill Bandstand offers good protection from the rain. It can actually be quite beautiful to practice yoga under the bandstand with rain falling all around.

We'll meet at 7:30 and move for about 30-45 mins (feel free to drop in/out when you need to, early mornings can be tricky).

☕ This is an ALL TOGETHER event, so there will be an optional social coffee afterwards at a nearby cafe.

🧭 Meeting point: Parliament Hill Bandstand (if it's raining or very muddy we'll stay in the bandstand. If its sunny we might relocate to a nearby grassy area)
