This month its all about inspections. I have found that knowledge eliminates risk when investing. The more you can know about a property the more confident you can feel about making it a deal. There is a lot you can learn about the market, rents, home values etc, but at the end of the day you have to be able to look at the property and know your rehab and maintenance needs.

This month we are going to dive into that with our surprise guest speaker. We are going to discuss what are the big things that could cost you lots of money, even make the house not sellable. Also we will chat about the things that people make out to be a big deal but are not as bad as you think, including septic tanks!
