STEP 1 IN THE CHECK OUT PROCESS:
The CNC Machine, like most power tools, has the potential to cause injury to operators. For safety reasons, you must be "checked out" to use the CNC Machine independently. This class is the first step in the check out process. You must complete a second, one-on-one class with your instructor to demonstrate your knowledge of the software, operating procedures, and safety guidelines for using our CNC Machine.
Participants who would like to be checked out on the CNC Machine will have an opportunity to schedule a one-on-one with their instructor at the end of this class.
Participants who opt out of a one-on-one class to get checked out are still permitted to use the CNC Machine, but must have a member of AHA who is checked out on the machine present in the space while their project is being cut.
REGISTRATION FEE:
Due to limited capacity, there is a non-refundable $5 fee to hold your spot for this class. After clicking RSVP here, please click here to pay your registration fee.
SUGGESTED DONATION:
A suggested donation of $25 for the general public, and $15 for current AHA members, helps us provide quality training and maintain our machines. Please consider donating to keep this class and our CNC machine running!
Donations can be made online or in cash during the class. If donating online, please note which class your donation is for.
