Every Thursday we meet at 5:50pm roll at 6:00pm for a 10 mile ride that'll take about 1 hour and 25 minutes. Please bring lights.
This is an beginner ride that may require walking the bike twice uphill. Click on the route links below to see elevation gain/loss. Nothing technical like rock gardens or steep off ledge drops. Consider it a cross country workout.

ROUTE:
Start at the park, ride through the neighborhood, up West Ridge to Top of The World(TOW), down Meadows, ride back Wood Canyon with Coyote Trail option, then back onto Wood Canyon to starting point.

What to bring:

• Bring plenty of water
• Bring nutrition
• Wear a helmet
• Wear elbow and knee pads(optional)
• Wear eye protection
• Put a light on your bike
• Put a bell on your bike

Have tools, water, food, etc as always. Helmet mandatory.

## NOTE: If you are new please bring a signed and completed waiver to the ride for the ride leader or email it to AMTR.Meetup@Gmail.com. You will be asked to sign a Waiver if you do not have one on file with us. If you refuse to sign, you will not be allowed to join the meetup event.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time and bring your own biking essential needs like tools, pump, hydration pack, chain link, gloves, energy gel/bar, snacks, camera and most importantly a HELMET is MANDATORY(No Helmet, No Ride).
