All Out of Bubblegum Film Club 124 / Eyes Wide Shut

Eyes Wide Shut is a 1999 erotic drama film directed, produced, and co-written by Stanley Kubrick. The plot centers on a doctor (Tom Cruise) who is shocked when his wife (Nicole Kidman) reveals that she had contemplated cheating on him the previous summer. He then embarks on a night-long adventure, during which he infiltrates a masked orgy of a secret society. Kubrick died of a heart attack six days after showing the final cut of Eyes Wide Shut to Warner Bros., making it the final film he directed.

Please note we will not be showing the film at the meeting. Make sure you watch the film before you attend and then come and join in with the conversation. It’s just a discussion. It’s not a screening. 🙏
