This class will combine creative visualization and sensory awareness to build a foundation of trust within a beginner breath practice.

**Please be kind and stay home the day of the class if experiencing symptoms of congestion, coughing or malaise.

Please bring:

a pen and a journal to highlight and integrate the workshop experience.

Comfortable loose fitting clothing, (tight undergarnments may impede breath)

A small pillow for support

A blanket/throw for temperature regulation if needed.
